2019 NEA Jazz Masters Tribute Concert

The Kennedy Center hosts an all-star tribute concert to the 2019 NEA Jazz Masters: cool jazz pianist Bob Dorough, prolific critic, writer and Jazz at Lincoln Center brain-trust member Stanley Crouch, big band experimentalist Maria Schneider and South African piano titan Abdullah Ibrahim.

Notable performers include 2012 NEA Jazz Master Sheila Jordan, Terri Lyne Carrington, Jason Moran, David Murray, Christian McBride, Terence Blanchard, and Kurt Elling.


NOTE all free tickets have been claimed but some tickets may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Kennedy Center the night of the performance.
