The bassist Buster Williams is hard-bop royalty. Known for his precise technique and commanding swing, Williams performed with Art Blakey, Dexter Gordon, Chick Corea and so many others, and since the mid-1970s has led a formidable recording career as a leader. Two separate sets at 8 and 10 p.m.
