* Camila Meza & The Nectar Orchestra

March 14, 2020 @ 7:30 pm
Kennedy Center - Studio K
2700 F St NW
DC 20566
$15 - $35

Chilean jazz guitarist and vocalist Camila Meza does not so much perform her own songs as she does paint them through the air with vivid color and lush brush strokes, but also pointillist punctuation from the string section in the Nectar Orchestra. Her music is a dazzling blend of textures, timbres and couplets.

She performs as part of the Kennedy Center’s Direct Current festival, a celebration of modern art.
