Afro-Cuban vocalist Daymé Arocena wields the same kind of earthy, infectiously joyful energy as D.C.’s own Akua Alrich. Her performances can range from classic rumba, salsa-influenced numbers to more slow burning, subdued musical storytelling. Two separate sets at 8 and 10 p.m.
