Every year at Westminster Presbyterian, Maurice Lyles rangs in Black History Month with an expert straight-ahead group in celebration of Black American music. Tony Green takes up the sticks to re-ingite this cerished DC jazz tradition. The band this year includes Carl Cornwell on saxophone, Wade Beach on piano, Pepe Gonzalez on bass, and Allison Keyes on vocals.
