Victor Provost isn’t just the only jazz steel pan player in D.C. – he’s one of the region’s best improvisers, on any instrument.

Here he shows off his formidable skills as a composer, bringing to stage the debut of “After the Storm” a dance, visuals and music hybrid performance project that seeks to explore the aftershocks on the society and culture of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
