Louisa Hannoucene is a political science and journalism student at The George Washington University. From Strasbourg, France, she’s drawn to the puzzling crossroads where politics and culture meet. Unsurprisingly, All That Jazz is and will remain her favorite movie. When she’s not in her dorm listening to jazz, folk, or rock, she can be found at Eastern Market on weekends, off on spontaneous side quests, or counting the days until her next flammekueche.
